Issues that can result due to MSXML registration lost

– IE ‘find’ results in script errors
– None of .msc applicaions open including compmgmt.msc, evenvwr.msc, services.msc, etc
– Some anivirus serices like Symantec endpoint protection manager service (smc.exe) doesn’t run
