Playing in Chess Tournaments

ALL INDIA CHESS FEDERATION (AICF) is the apex body in India that conducts all national level chess tournaments in India.  It publishes the Tournament Calendar for every year along with venue details. 

 

One needs to register with the AICF. Application to be submitted along with a fee of Rs.250/-.  All Payments should be paid by Demand Draft favoring All India Chess Federation payable at Chennai. For Migration from one Affiliated Unit / State Association to another, the No Objection Certificate of the former Affiliated Unit is to be obtained before getting registered with the new Association.

 

Every Chess player in the world will be assigned a reorganization number named as FIDE number from International Confederation of Chess Or  World Chess Federation.

  1. in india has a great chess champion in the village but his does not know the process of district level , state level , national level competiton it is important for the india he made for the champion ,
