Unable to Ping/RDP to Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 after running the DCPromo

Cause:

This happens since DCPromo on Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 enables FireWall on the system.  You can notice this observing a Security/lock icon on your network interface connection.

Fix:

You need disable the Firewall on the DC.
