Troubleshooting XenDesktop Session connectivity error | The connection to "" failed with status (1030).

Environemnt:

  1. HTTPS web site serving external users. With Public cert from GoDaddy.
  2. NetScalar 10.1
  3. Dedicated StoreFront server with HTML5 WebSockets support
  4. XenDesktop 7.6
  5. XenServer 6.2
  6. Provisioning Method: Machine Creation Services
  7. Windows 7 SP1 x64 bit Desktop VM
  8. Windows Activation using KMS
  9. Non-Persistent Static VMS

 

Troubleshooting:

  1. Whenever, user clicks on launch it results in 1030 error
  2. User attempts to reconnect to a already disconnected session
  3. For the same user it works fine from other system that is in different network
  4. It works for users from HTML5 or Receiver 14.1

  1. Hi, Check if you hâve more available vdi in Your delivery group. Check also connections between Your provisioning services, xenserver and the ddc.
